Mid Ulster Pilates and Physiotherapy Ltd was set up in January 2017.

We boast a range of In-studio and online Pilates classes suitable for all levels. The clinic offers both a thriving Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy Clinic and Womens Health Physiotherapy clinic from their state of the art “Home of the well-being” venue in the heart of Mid Ulster.

Our team of experienced Physiotherapists will aim to get you pain free and moving as quickly as possible. We aim to get to the root cause of YOUR problem and help put a plan in place to ensure full resolution of symptoms for the long-term rather than a quick short term fix.

Started the online CSC classes a year ago and love them. The workouts are only 30 minutes and can be done at any time which suit around a busy family life. I Have also attended their in-house Pilates classes since 2017 which are also fantastic. Kathy & Mary Angela are always there to guide and support you and the classes can be adapted to suit all abilities. The girls go above and beyond for all their clients and are very good at what what they do. Highly recommended.

I have been attending Pilates for six plus years with MUP. Cant emphasise enough the benefit I've gained by attending twice weekly classes. Can honestly say I feel more flexible now in my sixties than I did in my forties. The instructors are always approachable and helpful. Moves and positions are accurately demonstrated and explained. Solutions or/ and modifications are offered to any class member who may struggle with a position or movement. I have found my core and my entire body has got stronger as a result and that's why I keep going back. The joy of meeting and conversing with like minded people is one of the highlights of my week! This time last year I was suffering from back pain caused by a slipped disc. Over the winter months I attended platies classes a beginners class for 12 weeks and then moved to an intermediate class for another 12 weeks. Thanks to Amy and Cathy I am all but pain free and back cycling and water skiing. Hope to get back again in September.

I’ve attended Kathy’s Beginner Pilates on a Thursday evening for the past 10 months. Her classes are paced at an appropriate level, all exercises are demonstrated and explained carefully, there are different exercises each week, so it’s never boring. I’ve really enjoyed them and look forward to attending in the future.

I joined the back pain release class a year ago thinking I would do one block. My pain has eased and my balance has improved dramatically due to strengthening my core. Also I have lost 10lb realising I want to maintain a more healthy lifestyle whilst chatting to other members. Also I have now progressed onto the intermediate class which I never though I could manage but after a 4 week summer block I have decided to keep to this level.
